Welcome!
My name is Stephanie Luz (she/her) I am a queer Latinx trans-femme. I’m originally from the Los Angeles area, lived in the SF Bay Area for 20 years, and most recently moved to Portland, Oregon.
It was through my own healing that I encountered how powerful therapy can be in shifting stuck patterns, gathering self-insight, developing resiliency, and giving ourselves the permission to dream and actualize them.
So often “healing” and “wellness” have become buzzwords associated with an overly simplified and consumption-driven approach to mental health. Rather than adopting a quick-fix approach that may push us beyond our limits in the name of productivity, I strive to help you develop longer-lasting internal resources and meaningful coping mechanisms.
I bring my authentic self into session and am committed to co-creating a sense of safety, curiosity, and empathy to help you discover your personal path to exploration and healing.
In my non-work time, I am an avid cat-lover and synth music sound explorer. I look forward to hearing from you!
